Implementation

MaintStar’s Implementation is a multi step process.

The implementation process starts with an analysis of your operation, which includes interviewing management, administration and field personnel regarding existing business practices. We then recommend ways to streamline those processes and how best to set up and adapt the MaintStar System to the way you do business.

After a series of meetings and discussions, we will publish an Implementation Plan Schedule in Microsoft Project format. Essential set up data will then be electronically transferred into the MaintStar System through an automated process. All initial files will be configured.

The Implementation Team consists of dedicated MaintStar professionals and corresponding client staff personnel. There should always be a Client Project Manager who will “take ownership” of the project and aggressively facilitate the timely completion of the entire implementation effort.

The MaintStar Implementation Team will work with you every step of the way to ensure everything goes smoothly and efficiently, and that project goals are met.
