Alerts are generated when preset minimum levels are reached and purchase requisitions can be created. System features assist with your inventory counts through ABC cycle capabilities and the capacity to generate custom random samples.

Viewing labor time in time card fashion allows for an easy adjustment and approval process. It provides data exporting capabilities, so that the approved data can be sent to to the payroll system.
This scheduling module is a great time-saving management tool. The sophisticated software is designed to balance the available labor resources against the estimated workload. It takes into consideration available man-hours for each craftsman and automatically assigns specific personnel to work orders based upon job priority, job skills, trade, locations and other variable conditions. The system tracks depreciation and a project’s future replacement costs based upon user definable rates of inflationary costs for each asset involved. MaintStar is capable of linking with Microsoft project to track a variety of projects and activities, such as shutdowns, construction activities, and downtime scheduling. Selected work order information can be moved with a single click from MaintStar to MS Project for fine tuning of schedules. Select all work orders or specify a group that pertains to a specific project, equipment, location, type of work order or other category. The bi-directional interface will send the integrated information back to MaintStar, so that all work order will be assigned in our Master Schedule according to the MS Project timeline dates.
