Parks & Landscape Asset Management
The MaintStar Parks and Landscape Module is designed to help an agency manage and maintain all the assets that are specific to this department. The System has dedicated Inventory Screens for assets such as trees, walkways, paths, fields, courts, restrooms, irrigation, lighting, landscape, etc. This type of granular data offers detailed inspections, work orders and asset management histories. The System also has full GIS integration. Directly from the map you can view asset details, work orders, and all related work history. Selecting assets on the map allows instant creation of work orders, or the scheduling of inspections.
This module is capable of fully integrating with MaintStar’s Work Planning and Budgeting System.
