Plus, our Emergency Response Management Module allows an agency to coordinate activities during an extraordinary event, such as a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) condition. Collecting, measuring, analyzing and reporting data during such an emergency usually involves affected assets from several different departments. Work Planning

 

MaintStar’s unique Work Planning System is a financial tool that employs “Activities Based Benchmarking,” and will prepare budgets for the entire Department. This module tracks and analyzes actual amounts of labor, materials and equipment used, compared to the amounts budgeted for that particular activity. The planning capabilities can be done on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or semiannual basis, and include financial and budgeting sections which track estimated versus actual completed work. This should not be confused with regular Work Order functions. The Work Planning System can be used as a stand-alone System or completely integrated within MaintStar.
