  • Support for application use after system training
  • Annual System updates & upgrades, along with support for new network, server and operating system installs.

 

Support is provided by an exceptional team of technicians and engineers who are all available via toll free telephone numbers or e-mail to help you with any MaintStar related issue. The team has extensive experience with the MaintStar System, including active involvement with our programmers in all phases of development.

 

Each client is assigned a member of our Client Support Team who will become completely familiar with every aspect of the relationship, eliminating the need to explain background details every time.

 

The support engineer carefully documents and tracks each client situation in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
