Two Regional Sales Representatives - Southwest & Midwest Region

We are a well-established enterprise software development company, located in Southern California’s Orange County region. Our company has two major product lines:

  1. Asset Management System Software (EAMS)
  2. Land Management/Community Development Software (LMS)

Desired Skills and Expertise:

The position will be focused on new business development:

  • 3 years’ successful software and /or high-tech sales experience
  • Past sales experience in the government sector is a plus
  • Prior EAMS/Asset Management & LMS/Land Management/Community Development software sales beneficial, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Roles and responsibilities:

 You will be prospecting and introducing new products to the government sector - through business development and working systematically and creatively. The position requires generating new accounts and servicing existing accounts. Some writing of comprehensive proposals is involved and the ability to follow through on a long sales cycle is important.

Specific requirements:

The ability to travel (up to 25%), a proven track record, experience in consultative selling new products and developing and maintaining a growing customer base is paramount. We are looking for a highly motivated independent worker  - with a great amount of initiative.   A home office is required. MaintStar is filling positions in the East, Midwest, and West Coast.
