Who doesn’t love going to the beach? This full-service community boasts its own police, fire and public works departments, two public libraries, a performing arts center, fifteen parks, thirteen small parks, large recreational and commercial harbors including a 1,500-slip private craft port, the Beach Pier and Seaside Lagoon, and a bathing and surfing beach. The most recent Census reports a total population of 66,748. Whew! That’s a lot to take care of so people can have fun at the beach!

Now that we are up and running, I can say that we have had a huge success.

Main Issue

A few years ago, this Beach Community researched replacement of its antiquated fleet management which was outdated and inefficient. They knew it was important to have vehicles that could keep up with their busy community and chose our Fleet and Asset Management Software.

Resolution

They happily chose MaintStar as their solution. The Fleet Superintendent stated… “Now that we are up and running, I can say that we have had a huge success. My Account Clerk has repeatedly stated that maintaining the inventory is easier and more reliable than before. The Lead Mechanic loves the ease of finding a vehicle quickly by simply entering the VIN when he has recalls. The Work Order module means more control over the type of information entered for a specific vehicle. It has made my job easier due to the ease of access and versatility of the different reports.”
